Yes, our flexibility in production and urgent order fulfillment often poses challenges for urgent customer needs. We then try to execute production as a priority and our delivery logistics for critical orders of know-how products is sometimes based on air transport.
Yes, we can provide filter cloth fulfillment in a successive delivery program. We provide customers with constant shipment fulfillment according to a pre-planned schedule. There is also the possibility of maintaining an agreed stock of quantities and types of filter cloths in our company, ensuring their constant availability.
Yes, it is possible to manufacture custom fabrics and ready-made filter belts according to needs - we create technical documentation or based on measurements. We offer a wide selection of types and applications of weaves, weights and types of fabrics as well as all possible finishing technologies.
Yes. In our offer we have filter screens SP12, SP14 and SP16, designed to protect deep well boreholes from sanding. The screens are made of durable materials resistant to chemical factors, which ensures their long life and filtration efficiency even in difficult ground conditions.
Chamber plates have chambers that retain sediment and are most commonly used in classic filter presses. Membrane plates are equipped with flexible membranes that compress sediment after preliminary filtration, reducing its moisture content. This solution shortens the work cycle and increases process efficiency.
We supply filter plates in sizes ranging from 470×470 mm to 2500×3000 mm. High-pressure versions (up to 16 bar) are available, with central or side inlet and with various chamber geometries and optional seals.
Yes. As a representative of Lenser Filtration GmbH, we offer full consulting in the selection of plates - both chamber and membrane - for a specific type of press and filtration process. We help in adapting plates to existing installations.

We supply filter belts for vacuum belt presses, dewatering belts and drying belts for belt dryers. We offer versions with different permeability, thermal resistance and chemical resistance, selected for specific customer working conditions.
The selection of the appropriate filtration medium depends on many factors: the type of dust medium, operating temperature, humidity, and technology and method of installation. At Protex Poland we offer filter bags made of fibers such as polyester, polypropylene, PPS, Aramid or PTFE - we help select the appropriate material, weight and filter construction for a specific application.
